Walk-ins are welcome, however, advanced bookings are recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of reservation for a confirmed appointment. You can make your reservation online or calling us at (571) 284-5133. After you book online, you will receive confirmation by e-mail and/or by telephone. Credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete the intake form, have a brief conversation with your massage therapist regarding your medical history and to discuss what you hope to accomplish with your massage treatment. It also helps to be early in order to relax and to allow you to free your mind.
If you are late to your session you are welcome to the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, due to our tightly booked schedule we are generally unable to extend a session beyond the original appointed time. Regardless of the length of the service given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.
CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW POLICY
A 24-hour notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation with less than 24-hour notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved treatment cost. Full fee will be imposed for a no-show.
To preserve a harmonious environment within the spa, mobile phones and electronic devices should be set on silent. In order to maintain a healthy environment, we ask guests who are feeling ill (with symptoms of colds, fevers, flu, etc.) to reschedule their appointment to a later date.
Receiving a massage during the onset of illness or toward the end of its progression is not advised. During the early phases, a massage (which promotes blood circulation) can accelerate the infection and intensify its severity. Additionally, if you get a massage after the infection has peaked you may experience a relapse of symptoms and feel sick again.
Guests who are pregnant or those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or any other medical conditions are required to inform our practitioners or spa receptionist. Your safety is important to us and your treatment may require special considerations.
We strongly recommend that our guests not wear jewelry to the spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought to the facilities.
Champaka Thai Massage & Spa provides the highest quality therapeutic massage. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy when it comes to inappropriate behavior. If any behavior is considered inappropriate, including touching, sexual innuendo and/or rude requests, the session will be terminated immediately and full payment is expected.
Our massage therapists aim to provide you with the highest quality massage treatments. Although gratuities are not required, they are greatly appreciated. The typical gratuity ranges from 15-20% of the price of the service.

Champaka Thai Massage & Spa gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash, however, they do not expire and are 100% transferable. Gift certificates are available for purchase for any value amount and are redeemed for massage services only and no cash value. Champaka Thai Massage & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, unauthorized card use, or damaged cards. Cards may be replaced if a valid card number is provided and will be set to the value of the original card at the time we receive your report of the card’s loss, damage, theft, or unauthorized use.
